1) Identify what you want
and why you want it. Getting clarity and determining
exactly what you want is the first step. The "why" is
important as it provides the motivation and action necessary
to create what you want.
2) Commit to what
you want and Believe that you can truly and
unequivocally achieve what you desire. You must believe it before
you can see it.
3) Develop an Action Plan -
This serves as a road map
4) Remove Obstacles - “things” often
get in the way (our limiting beliefs, filters, ideas, people,
health challenges, money issues, time, etc.)
5) Implement the plan -
putting the plan into action. We know where we are going, step
by step. We will also set a timeline so we know when we want
all of our steps to occur - it keeps us on target
6) Maintain Momentum -
We want consistent action day after day, week after week. This
is where accountability, persistence, discipline, focus and support
come into play. You are not doing this alone. I am there every
step of the way!
